We have a new addition to our family! Meet Apple. We adopted her today from a rescue here in the Toledo area. She is an Australian Cattle dog mix and she is about 1 year old. She was rescued from an animal shelter when she was pregnant and almost ready to be killed. The rescue organization took her in, helped her with her puppies and she has been in their foster care since then (Dec 2005).
She is really cute, housebroken and best of all....great with the boys. She loves to play and she listens well. We made a trip to Petco to get her all of her goodies today and she is settling in. The photo is from the rescue site. I will have more up soon!
